प्राकृतिक ध्वनि प्रसार, डोम वेंटिलेशन और कूलिंग, एकता तथा प्रतिष्ठित वास्तुकला को ध्यान में रखकर प्रस्तावित विशाल हॉल, लगभग 2,000 लोगों की क्षमता के साथ.
