Details you submit through our forms: name, mobile number, email, city/state, message content, donation amount and payment reference, volunteer interests and newsletter email address. For online payments, card/UPI details are entered on the Cashfree payment page and are never stored on this website.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, process and acknowledge contributions, issue receipts, manage membership and volunteer applications, and send project updates you asked to receive.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with our payment processor (Cashfree) to complete a payment, with hosting providers who operate the site, or when required by law.
Security & retention
Administrator access is protected by authentication, optional two-factor authentication, rate limiting and audit logging. Records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
